Our Path
Thirty years of experience and achievements in the marine industry, from shipbuilding to offshore engineering, from applications for the oil&gas or renewable energy sectors to metal carpentry, even for the steel mills and major infrastructures. We are the sea, in all its industrial forms. Today, a significant portion of the new superyachts built each year by iconic Italian brands are born in our shipyards. And we maintain the ambition to continue growing and innovating in the economy of the sea, our natural environment, our true passion.

Social responsibility, quality and sustainability
Our connection to the sea has shaped our corporate culture and drives us to unconditionally and primarily respect the needs of the communities in which we operate, as well as the ecosystems that surround us. For these reasons, our agenda is packed with social responsibility initiatives, engagement and training of local youth, as well as investments in the sustainability of production processes, in accordance with the highest ESG standards.

Meanwhile, our general system of organization, management and control is compliant with the model referred to in Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. We have a code of ethics and conduct, as well as formal policies for gender equality, privacy, cybersecurity and whistleblowing, which we share with our entire supplier network at each production site. We are also proud to operate according to a legality rating issued by the Italian authorities.
